    Hook: Large heavy wire hooks suited to your water conditions. I used a Partridge Bartleet CS10/1 here but, Bill originally used the Partridge Single Low Water #N hooks.

    Thread: Burgundy 6/0 prewaxed.

    Body: Flat silver tinsel.

    Collar: Turquoise blue hackle followed by purple tied full.

    Wing: Two yellow or pale orange hackle tips followed by two dark orange hackle tips.

    Topping: Golden olive calf tail or, olive tied sparse.

    Head: Burgundy.
