    Hook:  Low water #12.

    Tag:  Very fine silver wire.

    Body:  Black wool.

    Rib:  Flat silver counter ribbed with fine silver wire over hackle.

    Hackle:  Muscovy Duck shoulder, natural green.

    Collar:  Natural Parakeet green body feather.

    Wing:  Muscovy Duck shoulder, tied "peak" style.

    Head:  Black.
