Cactus White Chili

    1 lb lean ground pork or turkey
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 16oz can white beans (Great Northern) rinsed and drained
    1 10oz package frozen corn
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 jar Lone Star Grill Cactus Salsa (or your own best green chili salsa)

Method

In a large pan, brown meat with salt and pepper, drain grease.

Stir in onion, cumin, and chili powder and stir well.

Add beans, corn, broth, and salsa.

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serves six, more or less.
