Irresistible is credited to the great Joe Messinger,
Sr., of Messinger Frog fame. The story goes that
outdoor writer Ken Lockwood named the pattern.

- Hook: Dry Fly, sizes 10-14.
- Tail: Dark Deer body hair, (I used moose here).
- Body: Deer Hair, spun and trimmed.
- Hackle: Rusty Dun.
