I have caught trout in Mossy Creek (in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley) on my version that I listed. Even as ugly as my poor ties are, they work on trout. :D:roll:

My absolute favorite fly! Almost all my 10"+ bluegill have come on a yellow wooly worm with grizzly hackle. It's also been decent on trout for me too.

I'm deeply saddened by this. Warren & I had a local ohio connection & formed a solid friendship when he first came aboard FAOL. Jack Hise & I drove down to Tullahoma years ago to fish with Warren....
