John, My e-addy is mapko333@comcast.net Please send me yours if it's ok ? Mark
I would avoid the first Saturday in May. It is the regular season opener and the streams will be loaded with anglers. Tainter creek in Crawford and Vernon has a good mixture of browns and brooks. The pink squirrel always is good. This fly also https://lenharris.blogspot.com/2018/...iot-nymph.html Halls Branch in Crawford has brookies. Plum Creek in Crawford is decent. Nederloe Creek a tributary of Tainter Creek is typically good. Give me a shout when you are in the area. 608-647-5356 Len
John; I'm gathering information for Sylvia about cameras. It seems the only email I have for you is either a pm on this site or you're work email. Is there another one you'd rather have me use? I got home yesterday, just too hot to fish yesterday so I bagged it, stopped to visit a couple of friends on the way and came running home to my wife and a cool house. Thanks for the hospitality the other evening, Pete
Hi Colonel - Been a long time, I hope you and your wife are doing OK. Are you now living in FL or do you maintain a place in Lexington as well? Anyway glad to see you have posted recently, so that means you're still on this side of the grass. Had a great time on the Fish-In up in MI, and it was great meeting you and your wife. That was the last time I put a line in the water. Do check in here every now and then, actually only a couple times a year. But was glad to see you and a couple others are still posting. If and when I get back into FF I'll check back with you and see what's up. Any big FF stories that you can share, or pictures, please send them along (rst620@Gmail.com). I'm a full time caregiver for my wife and have to get my fishing thrills through other peoples stories and pictures. Hope all is well.........Bob T.
