Here's More Michigan Fish-In '06

Folks who attended sent in lots of great photos. I'll try not to repeat too many. Enjoy!

One of the Hosts of the Michigan Fish-In was Jack Hise, shown at the left above. Jean DeSavage (right) created a trout quilt which most everyone signed as a 'Thank You' for all of Jack's hard work. That's a photo of Jack fishing in the center of the quilt.

Just in case you missed it, Mike Flanagan (ohiotuber) cooked up a massive batch of his peanutbutter fudge at the camp for everyone to share. Wonderful stuff. The unique shelf above, was presented to JC and me at the Cook-Out in honor of our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. It is now installed on the wall just to the right of my computer. Jack had it made especially with my loon logo from this page.

There were folks who actually fished. We don't have photos of everyone, but this will give you a taste.

The excellent food and service at the Gates Lodge dining room made for a great gathering place for our group. Following are some of the people and a little of the food too.

Typical dinner at the Lodge. JC loves perch, and had them five of the nights we were there, he said the best he has ever had.
